2. Service Areas
Tenbucksdelivery operates exclusively within Ottawa, divided into five designated zones:
- West Zone (Kanata, Stittsville)
- Kanata: K2K, K2L, K2M, K2T, K2V
- Stittsville: K2S
- East Zone (Orleans)
- Orleans: K1C, K4A, K4B, K4C
- South Zone (Barrhaven, Riverside South, Manotick)
- Barrhaven: K2J
- Riverside South: K1V
- Manotick: K4M
- Central Zone (Downtown Ottawa and Surrounding Areas)
- Downtown Ottawa: K1N, K1P, K1R
- The Glebe: K1S
- Centretown: K1R, K2P
- Sandy Hill: K1N
- North Zone (Rockcliffe Park, Vanier)
- Rockcliffe Park: K1M
- Vanier: K1L
Note: Deliveries outside of these zones, including to Quebec, are not currently available.
3. Scheduling Deliveries
3.1 Pick-Up Requests:
- Pick-ups are scheduled within 1–5 business days after booking.
- Available pick-up hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM on designated zone days.
3.2 Delivery Timelines:
- Parcels are delivered on the next available delivery day following the pick-up date, depending on the destination zone.
3.3 Address Verification:
- All pick-up and drop-off addresses must include accurate postal codes to ensure proper zone assignment.
4. Shipping Rates
Our pricing structure is simple and transparent:
- Under 10kg: $10
- 10kg – 15kg: $15
- 15kg – 20kg: $20
Note: Parcels exceeding 20kg will not be accepted.
For multiple parcels:
- Select the quantity from the dropdown during booking (up to 20 parcels per order).
5. Prohibited Items
Tenbucksdelivery does not handle the following items:
- Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids, explosives).
- Illegal substances.
- Perishable goods.
- Fragile items without proper packaging.

6. Tracking and Notifications
- Once a booking is confirmed, customers receive an email with the pick-up and delivery details.
- Notifications will be sent when:
- The parcel is picked up.
- The parcel is dispatched for delivery.
- The parcel is successfully delivered.
7. Proof of Delivery (POD)
Tenbucksdelivery uses a Proof of Delivery system to ensure transparency. Customers will receive an email confirmation upon delivery, including the recipient’s name and signature (where applicable).
8. Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days for eligible cancellations.
Note: If a driver has already been dispatched for pick-up, no refunds will be issued.
9. Lost or Damaged Items
- Tenbucksdelivery offers a standard replacement fee of $50 for parcels lost or damaged during transit.
- Customers must report any issues within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for compensation.
